Kaique has worked for 3 years as an Infrastructure Analyst and Help Desk, building servers and machines, and helping everyone around the office with their tech-related problems.
Another 2 years working as a Customer Experience Analyst brings the necessary skillset to give SSW clients the best possible customer service and support.
A lot of experience with Windows and Windows Servers, Active Directory, Networking, Zendesk, Office 365 applications, Azure, Skype, Skype for business, PowerShell and hardware maintenance. Currently holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science and is working on his I.T. certifications.
